How do I set up / check voicemail from a physical phone (not in the Zoom client)?

  • For dedicated phone lines, log into the Zoom browser portal, click on phone and navigate half way down the page to see your PIN code.

  • For Common Area (Generic Department) phones, you can contact the Help Desk to request a voicemail box be set up and the PIN for the VM box.

📘 To set up or check voicemail from a physical phone:

  1. Press *86

  2. Enter the PIN

  3. Press #

  4. Choose the appropriate menu option
