Use the following steps to reset your Browser's cache, website data, and history.
NOTE: By following these steps, your passwords and autofill data will not be deleted.
FIREFOX

Click the vertical 3 lines icon on the upper right side of the browser.

Select "Options".

Select "Privacy & Security" from the left column.

Select "Clear Data..." under Cookies and Site Data.
-
Check all boxes.
-
Click "Clear".
-
Click "Clear Now" if pop-up comes up.
GOOGLE CHROME
-
Click the vertical 3 dots icon on the upper right side of the browser.
-
Select "More Tools".
-
Select "Clear browsing data...".
-
Select the "Advanced" tab.
-
Set time range to "All time".
-
Check all boxes (May leave "Browsing history" and "Passwords" unchecked if preferred).

Click "Clear data".
SAFARI
-
Open the Safari Menu at the top left of the screen ( beside the Apple logo).
-
Select "Preferences".
-
Select the "Privacy" tab.
-
Click "Manage Website Data...".
-
Click "Remove All".
-
Click "Remove Now" if pop-up comes up.
-
Click "Done".
MICROSOFT EDGE
-
Click the horizontal 3 dots icon on the upper right side of the browser.
-
Select "Settings".
-
Select "Privacy & security" from the left column.
-
Select "Choose what to clear" under Clear browsing data.
-
Check all boxes(May leave "Browsing history" and "Passwords" unchecked if preferred).

Click "Clear"
INTERNET EXPLORER
-
Click the IE Tools gear icon on the upper right side of the browser.
-
Select "Internet Options".
-
Under browsing history, click "Delete...".
-
Check all boxes (May leave "Form data" and "Passwords" unchecked if preferred).
-
Click "Delete".
-
Click "Apply".
-
Click "OK".
