Support for Enterprise Applications services

UNC Asheville has updated the way you receive support for some Information Technology services!

The IT Service Desk will always be your first point of contact. However, a new team is available as a separate support path for some of the major Enterprise Applications.

New support from the ERP Managed Services Team

The Enterprise Services and Applications team is now the System Office - ERP Managed Services team!

Some of the items this team can help with:

  • Banner Support

  • Banner Security

  • Argos (non access issues)

  • Toad

  • Dynamic Forms

  • Mercury

  • Medicat

  • Hyland Data Transfer

  • Etrieve / Softdocs

  • RMS

  • CleanAddress

Please submit your tickets to the new ERP Managed Services by emailing erpservicesUNCA@northcarolina.edu. This process will create a ticket with the System Office. Once received you will hear back from the campus liaison or assigned technician.

Support as you always have

Some of the items you will reach out to the IT Service Desk as you always have:

  • Classroom Support

  • Shared Drive Access

  • Reports Drive Access

  • OnePort

  • Argos Access

  • Password or SSO Login issues

  • Hardware or Software issues on a device

  • Evisions installs

  • Network connectivity

  • IT Purchasing requests or help
