UNCA Uses a Cisco VOIP solution for telephones on campus.  

When requesting a phone please include:

  • How many phone lines will be accessed on this device (1 or 2 usually)?
  • If the number exists what is it?  Will it need a new number?
    Note: Each department pays for their own phone(s)

Setup of International calling must be requested and is done on a per user basis.  Please email itservicedesk@unca.edu with details of the request.
