This is a blatant phishing attempt. It impersonates Chancellor Cable, and attempts to steal your UNC Asheville login credentials. Clicking the "Open" link leads to an online Word document encouraging you to view secured document: Clicking "CHECK" takes you to an obviously fake "login" screen: UNC Asheville will never communicate with you in this fashion. If you followed any of these links, please immediately change your password. |
