Rhoades Robinson 112 Guide to Smart Classroom Technology
Purpose
This is a guide to using the Smart Classroom technology that is located in Rhoades Robinson room 112.
Using the Smart Classroom Technology
When using the Smart Classroom technology, it is important to complete all of the steps prior to the start of the program and all of the steps after the program is finished.
Prior to program start:
Step 1 | To power on projectors:

Step 2 | If projectors are already powered on:

Step 3 | Press any key on the keyboard to wake the instructor PC. |
Step 4 | Ensure instructor computer is powered on. (Located inside left cabinet door). |
Step 5 | Ensure tabletop monitor display is powered on. (Power button at bottom-left of monitor display). |
Step 6 | Computer screen will be visible on all classroom projectors. |
Step 7 | Unmute computer audio as needed. |
Step 8 | Adjust computer audio level as needed by tapping Program Volume on Crestron touch controller. |
Dual Computer and Document Camera
For extended / dual computer screen layout: |

To use the Document Camera: |

After program ends:
Step 1 | If the Document Camera was used, power off and fold down. |

Step 2 | Power off room system using Crestron touch screen controller by tapping Power Off. |
Step 3 | Secure room: Lock classroom doors as needed using the key hanging by each door on the inside wall. |
Step 4 | Turn off lights. |
