ITS provides IT-related purchasing assistance to academic and administrative departments. ITS works closely with Purchasing and Finance to obtain best prices through approved state contract vendors. Personal purchases are not handled by ITS.

Where to get help?
The IT Service Desk should be your first point of contact for technical assistance. Contact the Service Desk by sending an email to email@example.com or calling 828.251.6445. The IT Service Desk Self-Service Portal is also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Self-Service portal allows a user to request assistance from ITS using a simple web form.
For IT Purchases for the University, each department will enter requests in BullDogBuyWay. If suggestions are needed contact the IT Service Desk.
Personal software purchases for Adobe and Microsoft products can be made through our partner, http://unca.onthehub.com.
