Unity Inbox Web Portal
Unity Inbox is a browser-based access tool to your voice mailbox. IT recommends that Firefox or Safari (MAC) be used to use all playback and recording features smoothly. Login with your Windows username/password.
Within Unity Inbox users have the following features:
- Review their inbox, deleted, and sent messages.
- Listen to messages from phone or computer.
- Record messages from phone or computer.
- Reset PIN
To customize recordings & reset your PIN click on ‘Settings’ on your top navigation bar.
To reset your PIN select the ‘Change Password’ option available.
