Web Content Management (Drupal)

What is it?

ITS trains and supports faculty and staff who are tasked with managing the content of departmental websites hosted by UNC Asheville's primary Content Management System (Drupal). This service involves one-on-one training with department chairs and administrative assistants, but also includes as-needed support via phone, chat, and email. This support covers technical aspects of the Drupal platform, as well as web accessibility and university branding guidelines.

When is it available?

This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the exception of upgrades, maintenance, and scheduled outages.

How much does it cost?

There is no charge associated with this service.
