What is it?
ITS provides a VMWare-based server and desktop virtual infrastructure to support central systems, departmental servers and end-user desktops.
When is it available?
Systems run 24/7 x 365 with the exception of upgrades, maintenance, and scheduled outages. Staff available during normal business hours or emergencies.
Who can use it?
Administration restricted to assigned ITS staff with limited access provided to departmental staff.
How much does it cost?
There is no cost associated with this service.
Where to get help?
The IT Service Desk should be your first point of contact for technical assistance. Contact the Service Desk by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 828-251-6445. The IT Service Desk Self-Service Portal is also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Self-Service portal allows you to request assistance from ITS using a simple web form.
