What is it?
The XMedius Fax Server provides a fast, secure, and robust faxing solution for the entire campus. Users can send and receive faxes through a variety of methods including email, shared folder, and a web / desktop client.
When is it available?
The XMedius Fax Service is available.
If you are interested in using the new faxing system, please submit a request to the ITS Helpdesk and we will contact you to figure out the best way to tailor this solution to meet your business needs.
Who can use it?
Faculty and Staff.
How much does it cost?
The Xmedius Fax service is provided to University members free of cost.
Where to get help?
The IT Service Desk should be your first point of contact for technical assistance. Contact the Service Desk by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 828-251-6445. The IT Service Desk Self-Service Portal is also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Self-Service portal allows you to request assistance from ITS using a simple web form.
