Clean Address

What is it?

Clean Address is a product developed by Runner Technologies and is used to identify errors in addresses and to enforce institutional standards. Clean Address is integrated with the Banner system and provides address correction in real-time at the point of entry and for existing data via batch and change of address processing.

When is it available?

Since Clean Address is integrated with the Banner system, it is available whenever Banner is up.

Faculty, Staff, Students

How much does it cost?

There is no cost associated with this service.

Where to get help?

The IT Service Desk should be your first point of contact for technical assistance. Contact the Service Desk by sending an email to itservicedesk@unca.edu or calling 828.251.6445. The IT Service Desk Self-Service Portal is also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Self-Service portal allows a user to request assistance from ITS using a simple web form.
