Banner Custom Reporting
What is it?
Enterprise Systems and Applications creates custom reports against data stored in the Banner ERP system using the Operational Data Store, base Banner Tables and the university supported report writing tool.
When is it available?
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.

There is no charge associated with this service.
Where to get help?
The IT Service Desk should be your first point of contact for technical assistance. Contact the Service Desk by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 828-251-6445. The IT Service Desk Self-Service Portal is also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Self-Service portal allows you to request assistance from ITS using a simple web form.

Any campus user can request customized reporting. However, permission to release the data can only be provided by the data owner for the data requested.
ITS provides the service but the owners of the data are:
Student Data - University Registrar
Finance Data - Systems Accountant
Financial Aid Data - Financial Aid Director
Human Resources Data - HR Systems Manager
Advancement Data - Director of Advancement Services
