If you would like to use voice-to-text functionality we recommend using the built in applications on both Windows and Apple.
On a Windows device you will be using Cortana:

On an Apple device there are 2 different options:
To use the Voice-to-text function use this link: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202584 for documentation
To use Apples voice command function. This function will allow you to say things like "Hey Siri close chrome and open Self Service."
