Swiss PDB Viewer

Swiss PDB Viewer can be installed from this website:
http://spdbv.vital-it.ch/

 

You will need to extract the entire folder and place it under applications.

 

 

Troubleshooting

Mac: 

If you get the rotolib.aa error then try the following steps

  • Right click on the swissPDBviewer program after copying the folder to applications
  • Click Open Package Contents
  • Drill down to the macOS folder and double click the unix program inside
  • Now you can pick the correct pdb file to view
